Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours by emailing contact@ravket.com.
- Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged products, reported within 2 days of delivery (with unboxing video proof).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- COD orders are non-refundable unless defective.
